Tap on

"No Singpass? Manual Verification"

Upload pictures proving your name and verified address.

Tap "Submit"

Account Status changed to "Pending Verification"

HiLife+ admin will verify your identity within 24 hours.

Other acceptable validation documents include:

  1. Valid government issued ID

  2. Rental agreement

  3. Utility bill

  4. Telco bill

  5. Letter from a government agency of bank
